Annual Conference
Each year in late May all clergy members and an equal number of lay members selected from the local churches attend their conference’s Annual Conference session and meet together to worship, fellowship, and conduct the business of the conference, which lasts about three days. During these sessions, members of the conference hear reports of past and ongoing work; adopt future goals, programs and budgets; ordain clergy members as deacons and elders; and elect delegates to Jurisdictional and General Conferences (every 4 years). The bishop presides over these meetings.

Parking-please be aware that you will receive a $10.00 rebate per day in the Self-Parking Garage. Please ask for a discount card at Registration. When you pay for your parking at the kiosk in the garage and put in the discount it will figure your rate minus the $10 rebate. It is NOT applicable on Valet Parking.
